       “You’re lucky you weren’t at Mount Weather. After what they did to us–
        No one should’ve had to gone through that but… They hung you so I
        guess we’re even, huh?”

It was meant to be a joke but she wasn’t laughing and part of
her wanted to cry. ( She wouldn’t let herself. ) And not in-front
of John Murphy of all people. No way in hell. He wasn’t going
to pity her and she didn’t want him to. Harper just wanted to
talk to someone; anyone. And, there he was. All alone. So
she sat next to him and started running her mouth because
that’s what she did. He listened, well, she hoped he was.
